I have had outstanding service at Budds each time I have been to their shop. Most recently, I needed a repair done quickly on a car that is owned by a family member who resides in Virginia. The day after Christmas I stopped in without an appointment. After explaining the situation Henry and Stephanie told me they would do their best to have the car ready by Monday. (New Years Eve) They called two days after I dropped the car off(Friday) to tell me the car was done. All insurance issues were handled by the shop with ease. I was amazed and as usual the workmanship is first rate. They even left a bottle of touch up paint in the cup holder. Budds will always be my choice for auto body service.
The only thing that could possibly be better than the work the body shop does are the owners!
Roberta and Stephanie are great! Their customer service is superb with arranging for rentals to be picked up right at their shop when you drop off your vehicle, to giving a bit of paint for quick touch ups, to taking care of any issue if you find one with the job. I recently picked up my truck and when I got home I noticed that the paint color just did not seem to match. I called them, they told me to bring it in and took care of it immediately, even getting me a rental ON THEM. I highly recommend Budd's Auto Body.
There was a flash flood in Cedar Grove on 8/11/18 and my two cars were lost to it. I had them towed to Budd's because I knew they would take good care of them. I wouldn't have my cars repaired by anyone else! Unfortunately, the insurance company said the cars were totaled. The people at Budd's were very patient and compassionate in allowing the cars to be stored on their lot until things could get sorted out. If anyone is considering getting a quote for an auto body repair please give Budd's a chance: THEY CARE!
Unfortunately I've had to use Budd's several times over the years, they have always provided the best service for my cars. Roberta and Stephanie have always taken care of me. Highly recommend.
