We called on a Sunday about a busted pipe, and our call was quickly returned with the first question being "have you been able to shut off the water." Fortunately we were. :) It wasn't an emergency situation, and we scheduled an appointment for the following week. They called as they said they would and arrived as they said they would. Incredibly professional, explained changes thoroughly, and didn't pressure us into more than what we needed. Shortly after, we had an email invoice with pictures. Highly recommend!
