We experienced issues with our 2nd zone of heating in an addition to our home. Two service calls from another local company proved unsuccessful, and they tried to sell us a new boiler. Fortunately my wife reached out to Metric. Within 3 hours, our system was diagnosed properly and up and running with just $200 in parts, rather than a new $5,000 boiler. Not recommended at all. not professional. They got the order wrong, sent out someone to work on a boiler instead of a HVAC. they refused to take responsibility for this error. the worker who was sent out said he knew nothing about HVACs but then sat in his truck and claimed his manager was walking him through the issue meanwhile killing time so he could be paid for the service call. A total rip off.
